As you have perhaps noticed, live-food preparation, as a rule, is more labor and/or time-intensive than cooked-food recipes. This raw chocolate sauce is an exception to that rule. Just 5 ingredients and a high-speed blender is all you need. Use it as a glaze for cakes or drizzle it over your favorite ice cream or truffles. ENJOY!!!



Raw Vegan Chocolate Sauce Recipe




Ingredients:
  • 3 oz Adapt2It Chocolate Superfood Soothie Blend

  • 1 3/4 cups agave nectar or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cups liquid vanilla

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil



Preparation:





Step 1


Add all ingredients, except the coconut oil, to a high-speed blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.




Step 2

With the blender still running, slowly add the coconut oil to the mixture and continue to emulsify. Store in a covered container, in the fridge. Place in a dehydrator or warm water bath to soften before serving.
